Franklin & Marshall Emergency Medical Services is a student-run volunteer BLS (Basic Life Support) Quick Response Service (QRS) licensed by the Pennsylvania Department of Health. We provide emergency responses dispatched from 911 and the F&M Department of Public Safety and various non-emergency services to members of the Franklin & Marshall community.
