The Pink Tie Ball for Sisters at Franklin & Marshall College is a formal, community-centered fundraising event organized by the Sisters organization to celebrate sisterhood while supporting local causes that uplift women and girls. The event typically features an elegant “pink” theme—think soft pink lighting, floral décor, and guests dressed in formal attire with a pop of pink.

Beyond being a social gathering, the Pink Tie Ball has a deeper purpose: it raises money and awareness for organizations. The evening usually includes music, dancing, light refreshments, speeches, and opportunities to learn more about the organizations being supported.

Overall, the Pink Tie Ball is both a celebration of friendship and empowerment and a meaningful act of service—bringing the F&M community together to have fun while giving back.
