Lead the Way is a campus-wide event that is an interactive and engaging program designed to empower students with the tools and confidence to be effective bystanders in situations involving harassment, discrimination, and violence, and other problematic situations. Modeled in a speed-dating format, this event creates a dynamic and casual environment to foster learning and discussion about bystander intervention.
