Under the leadership of Franklin & Marshall College’s 17th President, Dr. Andrew Rich, the Office of the President champions the College’s mission to foster understanding, connection, and collaboration across our community. Appointed on July 12, 2025, President Rich is a passionate advocate for the transformative power of a liberal arts education. Throughout his career, he has worked to expand access to educational opportunities and prepare the next generation of leaders to thrive across every sector of society. Guided by these values, the Office works in partnership with students, faculty, professional staff, administration, alumni, and external communities to advance F&M’s enduring commitment to excellence, equity, and impact for today and its future.
