About Us

The National Society of Black Engineers F&M Chapter Constitution describes the manner in which the chapter shall be governed and structured. This document shall act in accordance with the NSBE National Constitution in all matters. This document shall be superseded by the NSBE National Constitution in matters where working rules of this sub body do not exist or are in conflict. As such, all working rules of NSBE Chapters shall comply and be consistent with the National Constitution.
